Quick start

Install

Download the package for your platform from Releases:

• Linux: .deb or .AppImage
• macOS: arm64 / x86_64 .dmg
• Windows: NSIS installer, MSI or portable .zip

Start

Launch the AgentBeacon desktop app, or run the local service directly:

agent-beacon

Then open http://127.0.0.1:6980.

Connect a status light

Plug in an MLight or YH50-RGY-J status light; it is discovered automatically. The console shows the model, connection type and supported capabilities (brightness / buzzer).

Without hardware, choose the mock device to exercise the full report → aggregate → device command path.

Integrate an agent

Built-in integrations ship with the service and can be installed from the CLI:

agent-beacon integrate install pi        # Pi
agent-beacon integrate install opencode  # OpenCode
agent-beacon integrate install dsh       # DeepSeek Harness

Claude Code uses hooks; other agents can use agent-beacon report or the HTTP API.
